Ms. Bobadilla Ferrer has been an active member of AUI’s Chile Advisory Group for several years and was elected to the AUI Board in 2014.
She is the founder and Vice President of Red de Alta Dirección in Chile. This is an initiative that seeks to build a new world-view in the top management of organizations. It aims to stimulate openness, inspiration and knowledge in its members through science and humanities programs.
She presently serves on the Board of the Chilean Government’s public-private National Council for Competitive Innovation, on the Chilean Advisory Committee to the Wildlife Conservation Society for Chilean Patagonia, the Board of the Imagen de Chile Foundation, the national organization that builds and promotes Chilean identity to the world and the Board of the Scientific Millennium Initiative -ICM.
Prior to this, Ms. Bobadilla Ferrer served on the Board of Banco Santander in Chile, and was the Founder and President of Comunidad Mujer, an organization dedicated to increasing women’s participation in the workforce. She served as former Director of Legal Affairs at Terra Networks Chile S.A. She received a law degree from the Universidad Diego Portales, Chile.
